Pathhead Equestrian Activities and Charges

Riding Lessons

• Standard 1 hour adult group lesson £40
• Private 30 minute child lesson £40 (30 minute only available for small childs lead rein lesson. Usually teacher and helper.)
• 45 minute private for adult beginner (1 on 1) £55.00

Visiting Instructor clinics take place on set days of the week or month. Please check with the girls re: availability and days/times. Also check out our events and calendar page.

Hacking out

Experienced riders only. If we don't know you, please don't take offence but you will do a wee while in the safety of the school until we assess you. We'd far rather you understate your abilities than claim to be a grand national jockey.

• 1.5 hours £65
• 2 hours £75

3 hours £100

Half lesson, half trek

• Half lesson, half trek for newer riders, mixed ability/family groups around farm starts at £40. (if extra staff are required we might need to adjust prices to suit the party - please check)

Pony Rides

• Short (approximately 10 minutes) £10
• Long (approximately 20 minutes) £20

Adopt a Pony

• £100 per day

  Children (adults are also very welcome) are assigned a pony or horse for the day and learn how to care for it as well as ride it. Suitable for beginners as well as more advanced riders wishing to improve their riding and horse care skills.

Pony Club

• £50 every Saturday and Sunday. Pony Club membership is required.

Discounts for Organisations

Special rates and arrangements are available for schools, social work departments, charitable or youth organizations, etc. Please contact us for more information.
